CPAs have been and continue to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law. This notice will help you understand what information we collect about you, how we use it and how we protect it. Information we collect and how we use it: In connection with providing financial and tax services to you, we collect non-public personal information. This is information not available from public sources.

We generally receive most non-public personal information directly from  you on the tax organizer,  worksheets, and other documents  you submit to help us prepare your  income tax returns, financial statements and other reports you may need. We also collect information from discussions with you and from workpapers we develop as part of the engagement.  Information we disclose: As your CPA, the only information we disclose to others consists of copies of income tax returns, financial statements and other documents you specifically authorize us to mail, fax, e-mail or otherwise deliver to those businesses and individuals with whom you do business or as required by law.

We do not share your information with any other businesses or individuals. This applies even if you are no longer a client. Our security procedures: We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to our employees only. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Our employees are trained and required to maintain our privacy policies and procedures.
